This regeneration project is being led by Guildford Borough Council who have appointed a team of planning, design and communication experts with a track record of delivering high quality regeneration.

We are working with Surrey County Council, landowners, business, academia, public sector partners, local groups and residents to prepare a deliverable plan that will improve our town.

We have appointed award-winning architectural practice Leonard Design who are preparing a masterplan with your views helping to shape the project.
